PRESS PLAY PR was founded in February 2008 when one of electronic music's most noted female journalists saw a gross disproportion in the music world -- or, at least, in her extended circle: so many talented artists and not nearly enough people with the needed skills to fast track 'em. A features writer by trade, she decided to flirt with both sides of the press fence and start her own firm -- which she says is kind of like being a vice cop AND a drug dealer. Fun.
